Regarding the Champagne Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2014
Maison Bruno Paillard's Blanc de Blancs 2014 champagne is made exclusively from première presse, the purest of the Côte des Blancs Chardonnay Grands Crus (Oger, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Cramant and Chouilly), 25% of which are vinified in oak barrels.
This vintage offers champagnes of great freshness and generosity.
Like all our cuvées, it is dosed as Extra-Brut (3g/l). After 8 years' ageing and 16 months' rest after disgorgement, the champagne is fine-bubbled. The nose is fresh, revealing notes of hawthorn and yellow fruit. The palate is chiselled and persistent, inviting gourmandise.
Best served at a temperature of 8-9°, as an aperitif or with fish.
To illustrate this superb Blanc de Blancs 2014 champagne, artist Monique Tello has been chosen on the theme of gourmandise!
