Regarding the Champagne Billecart - Salmon Brut Rosé

Probably the most famous cuvée from Maison Billecart-Salmon, faithful to its reputation and quality. This Brut Rosé is a remarkable cuvée elaborated from a blend composed of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir, vinified as red wine and raised on lees for 36 months.

This rosé offers a gracefulness moment to the palate. To the eye, it unveils a golden bright color with a pale pink hue of a great elegance.
Cuvée Brut Rosé develops subtle red fruits aromas, pomelo zest and peach for a gourmand, creamy and fine palate. A champagne with a lot of character, offering a raspberry, floral and fresh final. A harmonious and delicious balance of a remarkable precision.

Champagne Brut Rosé from Maison Billecart-Salmon is perfect during the meal, with a wild salmon, a lobster carpaccio, and even with grilled poultry filet served with summer vegetables.
For the amateurs of champagne for the end of the meal, this rosé is absolutely delectable with red fruits desserts.
