As its name suggests, the champagne “L’ode au Meunier – Leuvrigny” from Maison PANNIER is a 100% Meunier champagne, made from the generous, high-quality 2022 harvest. It is a rare champagne, limited to 2,353 bottles this year.
Grown in the Marne Valley terroir, it was aged in French oak barrels.
After two years of aging, it has a golden color and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers floral aromas. On the palate, it is light and elegant, showcasing the intense character of the clay-limestone soil.
This Extra-Brut champagne (3 g/L) is well-structured and complex. Ideal for champagne enthusiasts seeking unique sensory experiences...
With excellent aging potential, you can, however, enjoy it right away as a pairing for an entire meal. It pairs particularly well with foie gras, or—for a more original pairing—with strawberries, raspberries, and crème fraîche.

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
