This is Maison PANNIER's Cuvée de Prestige, a cuvée both delicate and racy.
Produced in an astonishing bottle, this is an extra-brut champagne for connoisseurs, made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.
After nine years of ageing in our cellars, we discover an exceptional cuvée, with extremely fine bubbles. The nose reveals notes of white and yellow fruit, and candied citrus. The palate is extremely elegant, with a lively minerality. The aromatic richness is simply exceptional...
L'Egérie 2015 de la Maison PANNIER will be divine with a Breton blue lobster roasted in butter, or a scallop carpaccio.

Champagne Pannier
Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The house has developed an exceptional mastery of these three grape varieties to offer its blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs cuvées supple, greedy, fruity and aperitif characters. You will find here elegant champagnes.
