Produced in the Marne Valley region, it was aged in French oak barrels.
After two years of aging, this champagne reveals a complex, oaky nose with aromas of white fruits and dried fruits. On the palate, it is exceptionally elegant, with very well-balanced fruity flavors. It is light and delicate.
Tasting this Extra-Brut champagne (3 g/L) will be a refined sensory experience. “L’Ode au Meunier—Venteuil” from Maison PANNIER is perfect for a special occasion. This cuvée is an excellent choice both as an aperitif and during a gourmet meal, paired with scallops or lobster.

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
