Regarding the Champagne Mumm Rosé casket
The rosé champagne GH Mumm is a blend of 77 crus (like Mumm Cordon Rouge), with a majority of Pinot Noir (60%) providing character and vigor, 22% Chardonnay for finesse, and 18% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness and balance. Blended in accordance with the traditional method for producing rosé champagne, it contains 12 to 14% red wine (primarily Grands Crus or Premiers Crus). It is dosed at 6 g/L, resulting in an intense, fresh, and balanced rosé champagne.
On the nose, one discovers aromas of cherry, strawberry, wild berries, and hints of vanilla. On the palate, these wild berry aromas are present, along with a refined freshness.
This Mumm Le Rosé champagne is perfect as an aperitif, served chilled, but also pairs well with smoked salmon, tarama, or, of course, a dessert made with red berries.
