Regarding the Champagne Mumm Cordon Rouge Salmanazar
Symbol of the greatest celebrations, champagne Cordon Rouge from Maison MUMM is worldwide renowed. This is the hallmark of Maison Mumm ! It perpetuates an emblematic style based on the balance between intensity and freshness.
This champagne is composed of 77 crus, and elaborated from 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. An addition of 25 to 30% of reserve wine complete the blend, bringing a great depth to this cuvée.
The nose unveils ripe and tropical fruits aromas (litchi and pineapple), vanilla and honey. The palate offers fresh fruit aromas and fudge, followed by a strong persistence.
Perfect for the aperitif, Cordon Rouge is delicious when served with fish, white meat or smoked meat.
