Cordon Rouge Brut GH Mumm perpetuates an emblematic style based on a balance between intensity and freshness. It is the perfect example of a quality signature cuvée.
This Mumm Brut Champagne is made from 77 crus, 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. 25% to 30% reserve wines are added to bring depth to the final blend.
The nose offers aromas of fresh fruit and tropical fruit (lychee and pineapple), vanilla and honey. On the palate, aromas of fresh fruit and caramel are prominent, with a fresh note followed by a strong persistence.
Ideal as an aperitif, GH Mumm Brut Cordon Rouge Champagne also goes well with fish, white meats or smoked meats.
The 75 cl bottle is the ideal partner for a moment of conviviality!
