Regarding the Champagne Mumm RSRV Brut Grand Cru 4.5
Champagne RSRV Brut Grand Cru 4.5 from Maison MUMM is a blend of five terroirs classified as Grand Cru. Chardonnay (from Cramant and Avize) brings elegance, vivacity and fruity notes. Pinot Noir (from Verzenay, Aÿ and Bouzy) adds structure and power. The grapes are vinified separately, and then blended with reserve wines. A dosage of 6 gr/l from the same Grand Cru aged in oak barrels completes the ensemble.
After four years' ageing, the nose offers notes of yellow and white fruit, honey and nougat, with a hint of mocha. On the palate, after a lively, straightforward attack, we discover a lovely roundness.
This cuvée is a tribute to Mumm's Grand Cru terroirs, and this RSRV collection is the only collection of five 100% Grand Cru cuvées.
Produced in small quantities, Cuvée RSRV Brut Grand Cru 4.5 is a champagne appreciated for its harmonious, gourmand complexity and elegance.

“Only the best”: this was the motto of Georges Hermann Mumm, the grandson of Peter Arnold Mumm, who founded the renowned “cordon rouge” brand—the MUMM Champagne House—in Reims in 1827. Georges Hermann took over the reins of the company in 1852 and turned it into one of the most prestigious Champagne Houses. With nearly 8 million bottles produced annually, the company—which has been part of the Pernod-Ricard group since 2005—offers a classic, comprehensive, and flavorful range. Discover clean, smooth vintages with an immediately approachable style, crafted for true connoisseurs.
