Regarding the Champagne Mumm RSRV Rosé Foujita Grand Cru
The artist Léonard Foujita designed the rose that has adorned Mumm rosé champagne bottles since 1958, and gave his name to this exceptional cuvée: RSRV Rosé Foujita Grand Cru. This rosé champagne is a blend of six Grands Crus: Chardonnay from Cramant and Avize, and Pinot Noir from Verzenay, Bouzy and Aÿ. Ambonnay Grand Cru red wine adds roundness and power on the palate, with aromas of red fruit. The grapes are vinified separately, then blended with reserve wines.
After a minimum of four years' ageing in the cellars, and the addition of the liqueur de dosage, made from these six Grands Crus and aged in oak barrels, we discover a champagne with intense colors. The nose reveals notes of pastry, vanilla and raspberry. The palate is vinous and round, with a taut finish of red fruits.
This Rosé Grand Cru champagne is an exceptional rosé that illustrates the excellence of its terroir and the savoir-faire of the Maison MUMM, and is part of the RSRV collection: a unique collection of five 100% Grand Cru cuvées.
It will delight you with its elegance, roundness and exceptional aromatic richness.
