The Cuvée Esprit Nature of the house HENRI GIRAUD is a champagne elaborated without sulfite. A champagne for all moments, a champagne to share with friends. It is also a champagne of character, full of mischief and spirit.
This champagne is a great wine made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, including 5% reserve wines, partially vinified in small oak barrels from the Argonne forest.
Its incomparable fruit, accompanied by vanilla and spices, invites pleasure. Light notes of lemon bring freshness. In the mouth, it is the greediness with almond, cookie and a long and charming finish that best defines this champagne.
To be served with friends for the pleasure of discovery, in a simple and friendly approach, relaxed or festive, or even in gastronomy with unctuous starters, or tender and juicy white meats.

The Henri Giraud champagne house is a family owned house installed since the 17th century in Ay, whose soil is classified Grand Cru. Pinot Noir is the king of its vineyard, it is one of the most beautiful of the Champagne region.
Generation after generation, the Giraud-Hémart family built one of the finest areas of Champagne. Reviving the purest tradition, the Henri Giraud house had rebuilt the first oak casks of Argonne, which gives to its champagnes a true elegance and a special woody flavor.
