Regarding the Champagne Epc Franck Pascal 2011

EPC's 2011 Franck Pascal Champagne is a beautifully complex champagne that is both subtle and gourmet. Composed of 62% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay, and 11% Pinot Meunier, this champagne has a low dosage (2gr/l).

With the EPC brand, we enter a new experience of consumption by tasting the champagne in a traditional glass of the champagne and very friendly: the blida. Another innovation: the presence of a thermo-sensitive disc that indicates when the champagne is at the right temperature.

This champagne is elaborated by the famous winemaker Franck Pascal around Baslieux-sous-châtillon. Very famous for his invigorating organic wines, nature lover and precursor of the organic and biodynamic culture, he magnifies his terroir through his wines.

After 10 years of ageing in the cellar, this champagne reveals aromas of butter and exotic fruits with a very long finish.

This gourmet cuvée is to be tasted with crayfish with chorizo or poularde with apricots.

Champagne Epc

EPC is a very young champagne brand launched in 2019 and supported by renowned investors (Xavier Niel, Cédric Siré, Cédric Sellin...). Its ambition is to boost the champagne ecosystem, making it more accessible to 25-40 years old in particular.

EPC brings energy, innovation with a connected bottle, and simplicity of the offer (with a permanent range of three cuvées at the same price and an ephemeral range of limited edition cuvées). Each cuvée is the fruit of a single grape variety: Chardonnay, from a single terroir, from a single harvest year, with a very limited sugar dosage and with low sulfite levels.

The champagnes are 100% trackable. The winemakers are real partners and make the cuvées themselves with the collaboration of EPC's cellar master, Richard Dailly. Something new is coming in the Champagne world !
