EPC's Premier Cru Champagne is a non-vintage Brut Champagne made from a majority of Chardonnay (66%) and 34% Pinot Noir, from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. 60% of this Champagne is made from reserve wines.

This low dosage champagne (6g/l) vinified by a group of winemakers in Avize has taken the time to age quietly for 7 years. It is dazzlingly fresh with notes of lemon and iodine. One also discovers dried fruit and brioche aromas which bring a beautiful complexity to this champagne.

EPC's Premier Cru champagne will be ideal as an aperitif as well as during a meal, as an accompaniment to an octopus snacked with lemon or as a dessert with a fine fig tart. With the EPC brand, we enter a new experience of consumption by tasting the champagne in a traditional glass of the Champagne region and very friendly: the blida. Another innovation: the presence of a thermo-sensitive disc that indicates when the champagne is at the right temperature.
