Regarding the Champagne Epc Blanc de Noirs
Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut from EPC is exclusively elaborated from Pinots Noirs, sourced from the Arce Valley, and vinified by a winemaker group from these villages. It has a low dosage compared to regular Brut champagnes (5g/l), and unveils a lot fruit aromas with a great freshness.
This gourmet and dynamic champagne develops licorice aromas.
Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut from EPC is perfect for the aperitif, or during a meal, in accompaniement of a pie with Chaource cheese and mushrooms for example.
EPC brand experiences a different tasting habit, using a traditional glass from the Champagne region : the Blida. There another innovation : a thermosensitive lens which indicates when the bottle reached the perfect temperature.

Champagne Epc
EPC is a very young champagne brand launched in 2019 and supported by renowned investors (Xavier Niel, Cédric Siré, Cédric Sellin...). Its ambition is to boost the champagne ecosystem, making it more accessible to 25-40 years old in particular.
EPC brings energy, innovation with a connected bottle, and simplicity of the offer (with a permanent range of three cuvées at the same price and an ephemeral range of limited edition cuvées). Each cuvée is the fruit of a single grape variety: Chardonnay, from a single terroir, from a single harvest year, with a very limited sugar dosage and with low sulfite levels.
The champagnes are 100% trackable. The winemakers are real partners and make the cuvées themselves with the collaboration of EPC's cellar master, Richard Dailly. Something new is coming in the Champagne world !
