The Champagne Brut Tradition of the DE SOUSA house is a well-balanced champagne, entirely vinified in vats in order to preserve its freshness and vivacity.
The result of a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier, it offers a fresh and intense aromatic palette of citrus and ripe fruits. The foam is abundant, but remains fine and light. The mouth is faithful to the nose, fresh, with a round and creamy texture, generous in fruits.
The Champagne Brut Tradition of the house De Sousa is made from all the vines of the house, cultivated organically. This champagne will be perfect as an aperitif, with seafood and sushi.
