Champagne Rosé de Saignée Extra-Brut from Maison Leclerc Briant is exclusively elaborated from Organic Pinot Noir. Grape is macerated for 2 days in order to tint the wine with a cherry pink color, which is typical from rosés de saignée.
This champagne, unveiling fine bubbles, is rich and fresh. The nose expresses richness and fruit concentration with red fruits such as blackcurrant, wild strawberries and cherry. On the palate, the efferscence is creamy, and develops salinity, elegance and a light vinosity.
Rosé de Saignée is a singular champagne allowing a gourmet, vinous and chromatic experience.
This well-bred champagne with a unique personality is delicious with Pata Negra iberic ham, squid, scallops or even a tuna filet.

CHAMPAGNE LECLERC BRIANT The family estate was founded in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc and is now managed by Frédéric Zeimett. The House cultivates 9 hectares of vineyards situated, for the most part, in the Premier Cru villages of Cumières, Hautvillers, Rilly la Montagne, Mareuil sur Aÿ, Bisseuil. In order to offer quality wines while respecting the environment, the vineyard is managed thanks to bio-dynamic agriculture thus emphasizing vines as living organisms (Ecocert and Demeter certifications). Wines can then reveal their singularity and their quality is recognized by many guides and foremost opinion leaders.
