Champagne Les Basses Prières 1er Cru 2014 from Maison Leclerc Briant is a champagne of gastronomy, elaborated from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, sourced from a 20 ares plot and produced in limited quantity.
Vinified and raised in casks, this champagne is rich ans fresh. Elaborated with a low dosage (2gr/l), this champagne unveils very fine bubbles. The nose develops fruity and spicy notes, and the palate offers a creamy and melted effervescence. It is well balanced and the final is well structured and concentrated on a background of iodized notes.
Cuvée Les Basses Prières 2014 1er Cru from Maison Leclerc Briant offers freshness and focus which brilliantly pairs with tuna tataki, wakamé beef tartar or even a veal fillet in its aromatic crust.
