Champagne Brut Premier Cru from Maison Leclerc Briant is an Extra-Brut champagne elaborated from 70% of Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. It's in conversion to be organic.
With its fine and lively bubbles, it reveals richness and freshness. On the palate, it develops a pulpy and crunchy fruity flesh, supported by a lemon acidity. The mid-palate is structured around a clay-chalky minerality giving both consistence and patina, and salinity with frankness and resonance to the finish.
This great balance is associated to a sensation of global freshness and aromatic sharpness reinforcing the gourmand pleasure, together with a melting and tasty finish distinction.
