Concernant le Champagne Cattier Dry
Champagne Dry from CATTIER is a warm and intense cuvée, whose sugar content is greater than the Brut classic (25g/l).
This dry champagne is mainly elaborated from Pinots as the blend is composed of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir (14% of which being red wine), and 20% Chardonnay. 40% of reserve wine complete the blend, bringing then more complexity.
Following 2 years of aging in cellar, the nose unveils unctuous and creamy notes, followed by hazelnut and orange blossom aromas. The finish is long and of a great softness.
This softness is the ideal match with foie gras, a spicy meal and every dessert.
Champagne Dry from CATTIER must be enjoyed at a very fresh temperature (between 6 and 8°c), and preferably within 2 years.
