Champagne Brut Icône from Maison CATTIER is a fresh and fruity champagne, mainly elaborated with Pinots (50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay). 40% of reserve wines complete the blend, bringing then more complexity.

Following 2 years of aging in cellar, this cuvée is characterized by an expressive nose, and unveils pastry notes, then fruity aromas (blackcurrant, pear), and finally dry fruits. The palate is fresh, and develops citrus, cherry and pear aromas, while the beautiful finish is long.
Perfect for the aperitif, champagne Brut Icône is generous and dazzling, and perfectly matches a poultry and salted starters.

This champagne has a great value for money and offers a great balance between fineness and power.
To be enjoyed preferably within 2 years.

Champagne Cattier

Founded in 1918, this family business has passed on its know-how for 11 generations, based on respect for the land. Forerunner in sustainable viticulture in Champagne, Cattier has been cultivating 33 hectares in an eco-responsible way for more than 20 years.

Cattier was also the first company to create a cuvée from a closed vineyard: the Clos du Moulin. Located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims area, especially classified as Premier Cru, this jewel of 2.20 hectares is one of the rare historical clos of champagne.
