Regarding the Champagne Cattier Brut Rosé 1er Cru
The Brut Rosé Premier Cru of the Cattier House is a fresh, full-bodied, and gourmand champagne, obtained by adding red wine to the blend.
It is made with 50% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and 10% Chardonnay, 35% of which are reserve wines. Thanks to the quintessence of these soils, the Brut Rosé Premier Cru is characterized by its elegance and its intensity.
After an ageing of more than 4 years in the cellar, the bubbles are fine and persistent. The nose is greedy, it evokes black fruits, English candies, sweet almond. The mouth is fresh and ample with a beautiful vinosity with subtle notes of blackcurrant, fig paste and a touch of liquorice.
The Brut Rosé 1er Cru from CATTIER will accompany with happiness the aperitif, or your meals with grilled meats, a dish of scampi, a salmon en papillote or will surprise pleasantly on a fruit-based dessert.
To be enjoyed preferably within two years.
