Regarding the Champagne Blin Brut 2018
Champagne Brut 2018 from H BLIN is the expression of an exceptional year, marked by beautiful aromatic complexity. Composed of half Meunier and half Chardonnay, it has been aged for 7 years on lees to reveal more complex aromas. It is dosed at 6 g/l, and comes from an ecological culture, based on respect for the soil and whose viticulture is reasoned.
The bubbles are fine, and the nose reveals aromas of summer fruits such as peach and apricot, with hints of almond. The palate is complex, full of finesse and elegance. With a beautiful length, it offers us aromas of lemon and pink grapefruit.
This 2018 Brut Champagne from H BLIN will be perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to scallop gratin, veal filet mignon with apricots or as a dessert with apple crumble.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
