Regarding the Champagne Blin L'Esprit Nature Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut
This Blanc de Noirs champagne (50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier) was aged for 24 months in the cellar, resulting in a cuvée with a pale gold color and fine bubbles. The nose is rich and balanced, with notes of red fruit and citrus, and a hint of salinity. The palate is fresh and delicate, with a balanced citrus profile. It features a creamy effervescence and a lovely, long-lasting briny finish, with great purity.
Produced using organic farming methods that respect the soil and follow sustainable viticulture practices, this champagne is the perfect accompaniment to grilled prawns, guinea fowl breast, or Parmesan cheese.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
