Regarding the Champagne Blin Rosé Magnum
Champagne Rosé from the House H BLIN, like every champagne of the range, is elaborated using an important proportion of Pinot Meunier (57%), one of the most surprising grape variety in Champagne. It offers a unique and astonishing taste with fresh and fruity shades.
At first, this rosé shows freshness linked with fresh fruits, its “rosé” character appears through a squbtel astringency and light vinosity. Then, in mouth, spicy and fruity notes mix themselves with deeper brioche aromas in a posture of roundness and structure.
A rosé champagne remarkable by its strong character, showing soft material. The general impression remains in the delicacy between power and lightness.
A champagne both discreet and present, fine and subtlety powerful, which nicely matches oriental meals such as Indian, Lebanese or Maroccan cooking.
It's sold here in magnum.
