This 2018 Rosé de Saignée Champagne from Maison H Blin is a 100% Pinot Meunier dosed extra-brut (4g/l). It is the result of a plot-by-plot selection.
This deep-pink champagne with its fine bubbles has aged peacefully for 7 years in our cellars. No malolactic fermentation is used to preserve the intense aromas of this cuvée.
The nose reveals notes of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and black fruit (blackcurrant and Morello cherry). On the palate, fruity and spicy notes give the wine elegance and refined complexity. Straightforward with plenty of freshness.
Maison H Blin's Rosé de Saignée 2018, a gourmet champagne, will be perfect with tandoori chicken, lamb tagine, or chocolate marquise.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
