Regarding the Champagne Besserat De Bellefon Triple B Millésime 2015
This Brut Nature champagne is the result of meticulous work. Precise winemaking and a careful blend of grapes from the estate’s various plots serve to enhance the flavor and freshness of the grapes.
The bubbles are fine and dense, and the nose is intense with fresh, ripe fruit. On the palate, there’s a lovely tension right from the start. The minerality resonates with the terroir and the estate’s cultivation practices. The finish offers superb salinity.
You’ll appreciate the freshness of this great Champagne as an aperitif paired with gray shrimp. You can also enjoy it with grilled fish or marinated meats cooked à la plancha.

Champagne Besserat De Bellefon
Since 1843, the House of Besserat de Bellefon has imposed a unique style combining elegance and power. The creation in 1930 of the Cuvée des Moines, a champagne of great finesse that can accompany an entire meal, is the founding act of a true legend.
The House has a vineyard of 25 hectares, located mainly in the Marne Valley, the cradle of Pinot Meunier, supplemented by the quality grapes of a network of winemakers.
It should be noted that the House does not practice malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve all the purity and freshness of the wine. Besserat de Bellefon: these are champagnes with 30% finer bubbles and a creamy mousse. This is the Besserat de Bellefon sensation!
