Presented in a superb bottle from the 18th century, champagne Bleu Brut Cuvée des moines is the one whose created the legend of Maison Besserat de Bellefon.
This cuvée is elaborated from 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 45% of Pinot Meunier. Recognized for its fine bubbles, the wine spent 3 years in cellar.
The foam is silky, and the champagne develops a creamy impression in the glass…Its clear and mineral aspect unveils the depth of a great balance. The gourmand and open nose develops aromas of linden tree flower, hazelnut and mirabelle. The palate is straight and fresh, and leads to roundness and unctuosity.
This elegant and vinous cuvée is particularly harmonious.

Champagne Besserat De Bellefon
Since 1843, the House of Besserat de Bellefon has imposed a unique style combining elegance and power. The creation in 1930 of the Cuvée des Moines, a champagne of great finesse that can accompany an entire meal, is the founding act of a true legend.
The House has a vineyard of 25 hectares, located mainly in the Marne Valley, the cradle of Pinot Meunier, supplemented by the quality grapes of a network of winemakers.
It should be noted that the House does not practice malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve all the purity and freshness of the wine. Besserat de Bellefon: these are champagnes with 30% finer bubbles and a creamy mousse. This is the Besserat de Bellefon sensation!
