Regarding the Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2014
Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2014 is the legendary cuvée from Maison TAITTINGER.
This champagne is a 100% Chardonnay, from the five villages classified as Grands Crus in the prestigious Côte des Blancs: Cramant, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly and Oger.
It's only after nearly 10 years of slow, patient ageing in the Crayères de Saint-Nicaise that this exceptional cuvée comes into its own.
The bubbles are fine, delicate and creamy. The nose reveals pastry notes and aromas of apricot, pear and candied citrus. This is a wine of great mineral power. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with a rare aromatic purity.
Perfect for an exceptional celebration, this champagne goes equally well with a starter based on seafood, fine shellfish or fish.
The flagship of Maison TAITTINGER, their Cuvée de Prestige is one of the finest Blanc de Blancs on the market!
