The result of thirty different vintages from several harvests and a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Meunier, this champagne will have spent at least 4 years on laths before being disgorged.

The nose is delicate, with aromas of yellow peach and dried apricot. The attack in mouth is supple, greedy and fresh on flavors of dry grape, very light red fruits, white flowers, and fruits in syrup. A champagne of exceptional finesse.
