Founded in 1820, IRROY is part of the TAITTINGER family. It benefits from the same supplies and techniques as those of the famous House.

Cuvée Rosé de la Maison IRROY has been created from 20 crus, made from a majority of Pinot Noir and Meunier (80%), complemented by 20% Chardonnay for added elegance.

This harmonious, seductive champagne offers lively bubbles and a nose dominated by red fruits. On the palate, it's generous and unctuous.

This rosé champagne is perfect as an aperitif or with red fruit desserts.

Champagne Taittinger

Established in Reims since 1932, the family-run Maison Taittinger owns more than 290 hectares of vines, maintained using integrated viticulture methods, 170 of which are ploughed and herbicide-free.

This champagne house, which demands impeccable raw materials, gives pride of place to Chardonnay, which accounts for over 70% of its vines, bringing freshness and elegance to champagnes that remain young for a very long time.

The House also stands out for its collaboration with famous artists such as Vasarely and Rauschenberg. Since 1983, 11 bottles of Brut Millésimé have been redecorated, forming the famous "Taittinger" collection.
