Regarding the Champagne Deutz Brut Rosé 2021
Deutz Brut Rosé 2021 captivates with its bold character and gastronomic elegance. This blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay, and 2% Meunier, sourced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, reveals the full richness of the Champagne terroirs.
Marked by frost, rain, and unpredictable weather, the 2021 vintage was particularly challenging for the winemakers. From this difficult year emerged a unique cuvée, where the vibrancy of red fruits blends with remarkable freshness and a bold structure.
Its rosy hue with coppery highlights is followed by a vibrant nose of raspberry and tart red fruits, punctuated by notes of star anise, mirabelle plum, and apricot tart. On the palate, lively and well-structured, it reveals aromas of strawberry and rhubarb, followed by a fresh and lingering finish. Its dosage of 6.5 g/l ensures a beautiful balance.
Resolutely gourmet, this vintage rosé is the perfect accompaniment to lobster and all seafood dishes. It also pairs elegantly with fruity desserts, such as a raspberry tartlet or a rhubarb cream dessert.
After aging in the cellar for at least five years, this cuvée possesses a structure that allows it to evolve. When stored under proper conditions—away from light and at a stable temperature—it will gain complexity over the years.
This rosé champagne comes in a very elegant bottle, presented in a complimentary luxury gift box.
