Champagne Deutz Brut 2018 75cl

Dosed at 6.5gr/l, this 2018 Brut Champagne is made from 100% Grands Crus, with a majority of Pinot Noir (67%) complemented by 33% Chardonnay. 2018 is a great vintage with a balance between elegance and freshness.

After at least 5 years' ageing, we discover a rich, beautifully mature champagne. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit (pear, apple) and pastry notes. On the palate, the attack is lively, gradually gaining in fullness. The Chardonnay provides tension, while the Pinot Noirs give structure. Roasted fruit and cookie aromas emerge. The finish, saline and chalky, is dynamic and brings a lot of freshness, in a balance that destines it for a good table.

2018 is a perfect vintage for gastronomy. It's the perfect accompaniment to roast veal, grilled lobster or mature Comté cheese.
