The jewel in the crown of DEUTZ champagnes, these Blanc de Blancs can be compared to the greatest. The very small production of each vintage makes these champagnes even rarer. They are splendid expressions of Chardonnay.
Amour de Deutz 2010 offers a complex nose of yellow fruit and floral notes, while the palate is rich, full and creamy.
Amour de Deutz 2011 is a vintage of finesse rather than power. On the nose, there are brioche aromas, followed by baked fruits such as apples and pears, and the gentle presence of white flowers. The palate is faithful to the aromas on the nose, ample and silky with a lovely sapid finish.
Amour de Deutz 2013, meanwhile, reveals a discreet nose of exotic fruit and lemon aromas. The palate is energetic, complex and elegant, with a grandiose length.
This is the quintessence of Chardonnay in three different vintages with long ageing potential. A true gem...
