The Cuvée Origine Extra Brut champagne from Maison Chassenay D'arce is made from 100% Pinot Noir. All the grapes for this cuvée come from organically farmed plots in the heart of the Côte des Bar. This champagne Blanc de Noirs is made using traditional methods, but 23% of the blend is aged in oak.

Regarding the Champagne Chassenay d'Arce Cuvée Origine Extra Brut
After four years of aging on the lees and an “extra-brut” dosage, this cuvée reveals fine, lively bubbles. The nose is expressive, powerful, complex, and generous, offering aromas of yellow fruit with hints of wood and smoke. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and round, with a structured, mineral finish.
The Cuvée Origine has a unique identity that is both pleasing and universally appealing.
Perfect as an aperitif, the Cuvée Origine Extra Brut champagne from Maison Chassenay D’Arce also pairs beautifully with white meats or fine fish dishes.

Champagne Chassenay d'Arce
The Maison Chassenay d'Arce was created in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce. Today, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, there are 130 families and 3 generations of winegrowers who work in the same spirit of cooperation, solidarity and transmission of knowledge.
The House is committed to a CSR approach and is the first Champagne House to be awarded the Vignerons Engagés label. The vineyard, whose cultivation is reasoned, extends over 315 hectares. The spirit of the House is a family spirit, a spirit of the land and the requirement shared by its winegrowers to produce high quality champagnes, reflecting the specific terroir of the Côte des Bar, with a dominant grape variety: pinot noir.
