Champagne Brut 2007 from the House H BLIN, is elaborated using 50% of Pinot Meunier and 50% of Chardonnay. Pinot Meunier is the most surprising grape variety in Champagne. It offers a unique and astonishing taste with fresh and fruity shades.
Environmentally-friendly, respecting the terroir and using controlled viticulture, this champagne has an elegant balance and the mouth is remarkably fresh.
A vintage is always a bet, and 2007 is indisputably a great success!
Fresh, elegant, rich from its aromatic complexity; this champagne will be perfect for the aperitif. It is also very nice with a –almonds & apricot – poultry.

Champagne Blin
Founded in 1947 in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley, Champagne H.BLIN is a cooperative of 115 winegrowers whose vineyards cover 110 hectares. The cooperative is renowned for its signature cuvées based on the emblematic Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 70% of the estate (16% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir). The winegrowers work in harmony with nature, and have opted for sustainable viticulture, with several already certified as Agriculture Biologique (organic farming).
H.BLIN champagnes: these are terroir champagnes, with low dosage and reserve wines representing around 30% of the blend of each cuvée. Discover cuvées marked by purity, tension, freshness, fruitiness and typicity.
