Cuvée Extra-Brut from Maison Billecart-Salmon is elaborated from 3 grape varieties : 40% of Meunier, 35% of Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay. There is no added sugar liquor.
This cuvée unveils a nice golden bright color, and offers ultra fine bubbles, dancing energetically into the bottle !
This cuvée unveils a nice golden bright color, and offers ultra fine bubbles, dancing energetically into the bottle !
The nose is intense, complex, vibrant and recalls dry fruits, fresh brioche and with a hint of lemon verbena.
The palate is ample and harmonious, alike every champagne from the Maison. At first, this cuvée offers a mineral and oysters aromas, followed by biscuit and white fruits.
A gourmand Extra-Brut which reveals the pureness of a great wine of Champagne, with natural flavors.
This champagne must be enjoyed at a temperature between 10 ans 11°C for the aperitif, and it is delicious during the meal too, with a veal carpaccio, scallops and a raw marinated fish served with citrus.
Champagne Extra Brut de BILLECART SALMON is a wonderful bottle, presented in its free gift box.
