Located in Aÿ for over 150 years, Maison Ayala is one of the oldest Champagne Houses. It owns a vineyard in the heart of the Grands Crus. This family-run business was bought by the BOLLINGER family in 2005.
Maison AYALA is committed to working in harmony with nature, and is certified VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) on its vineyard and is in organic conversion.
The AYALA style is marked by the pure expression of Chardonnay, with champagnes that are lightly dosed and characterized by great freshness and elegance. All the champagnes in the range are made with a majority of Chardonnay: Brut Majeur, Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs millésimé, Rosé Majeur and Perle d'Ayala.
