BOLLINGER's Cuvée de Prestige is elaborated the greatest years only, and 2014 is great, revealing a fine, precise and complex rosé champagne due to its exceptional amplitude and minerality.. It spent twice more time in cellar than what is imposed by the Appelation rules.
Grande Année Rosé 2014 offers us a lot of indulgence in the mouth, a nice freshness and a creamy texture prolonged by a racy finish. This cuvée is ideal for the meal, and brillantly accompany a duck filet or guinea fowl.
