Regarding the Champagne Bollinger PN AYC 18
Pinot Noir is the mainstay of the House of BOLLINGER, and with the cuvée PN AYC 18, the House delivers a new interpretation of this grape variety, with each year featuring a main cru.
PN AYC 18 by BOLLINGER: P for Pinot, N for Noir, AYC for Aÿ Champagne, which is the main cru, and 18 for the base year, which is 2018. It's a champagne with a unique taste, a single grape variety that highlights the fabulous terroir of Aÿ. This Cru principal brings gourmandise, uprightness and amplitude. The use of reserve wines adds further aromatic complexity. As for 2018, it offers us Pinot Noirs of the highest quality, and with a beautiful maturity.
After resting twice as long as required by appellation rules, the nose reveals aromas of honey, quince and almond paste. On the palate, it's subtle, deep and rich, with a candied citrus finish.
A champagne to be shared among enthusiasts!
