Regarding the Champagne Soutiran Signature Grand Cru

Produced in small quantities, the Signature Grand Cru Brut is the true signature of the Soutiran champagne house. Composed of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, both from Grand Cru terroirs.

This champagne has a beautiful elegance and a great finesse. The vinosity that characterizes this cuvée completely represents its terroir. The bottles are aged between 3 and 4 years in the cellar, which gives them a suppleness and a delicacy without equal.

Scents of stewed pear, vine peaches with roasted and aniseed accents are present on the nose. In the mouth, the bubble is creamy, delicate and melted. Once on the palate, aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry and yellow fruit mingle with saline nuances.

To be served between 8 and 10°c, the Signature Grand Cru Brut from SOUTIRAN is ideal as an aperitif, or with shellfish, and will also be a perfect accompaniment to cheeses such as Chaource, old Comté, Mimolette or a tasty pear pie.

Champagne Soutiran

The Soutiran Champagne House, a family-run house of 6 hectares, is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Ambonnay, which benefits from the prestigious "Grand Cru" distinction.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are planted on slopes with chalk soils particularly rich in magnesium. This specificity of the village's terroir gives a minerality to the wines which express themselves through saline and iodine notes. Another particularity of these champagnes is that they are aged between 5 and 8 years, much longer than the appellation requires, in order to reveal the structure of these wines.

By combining the family heritage, the passion for wine and the love of Champagne, the Soutiran family seeks originality without betraying the terroir and traditions.
