Regarding the Champagne Ruinart Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is a rare cuvée that owes its elegance to a blend of 85% Grands Crus Chardonnays, mainly from the Côte des Blancs, and 15% Grands Crus Pinots Noir.
With a low dosage (4g/l), Dom Ruinart rosé 2009 is one of the most delicately aromatic rosé champagnes.
It's a very, very great rosé champagne with a RUINART flavor, and therefore very marked by the finesse of the Chardonnays. 2009 is a sunny, fleshy, crisp vintage.
After 11 years of ageing, we discover a champagne with a soft pink color and a nose that reveals notes of spices, citrus and flowers. On the palate, it's enveloping, silky, developing aromas of red fruits with a delicately bitter finish.
This prestigious cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to oily fish or spicy white meats, and this great champagne will improve with cellaring for several years.
