Composed of 100% Chardonnay, mostly Grands Crus, Dom Ruinart 2013 has a subtle and elegant nose of fruits and floral notes. On the palate, we find the "Dom Ruinart style": fresh, delicate notes and brioche aromas. The low dosage underlines the natural sweetness of this superb cuvée. The finale offers delightful citrus fruit notes giving a silky, refreshing acidity.
This champagne will be the ideal partner of the greatest moments. It makes a delightful pairing with dishes combining a silky texture and soft freshness such as a white fish or poached shellfish seasoned with herbs, citrus fruit zest and accompanied by a creamy fennel purée.

Champagne Ruinart
It was the very first Champagne House, founded in 1729 by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. Over the years, Ruinart has become a benchmark for champagne and the French art of living the world over.
The unique shape of the bottle is a tribute to the historic bottles of the 18th century. The House boasts the deepest and most majestic chalk pits in Reims, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, and one of the most beautiful cellars in the world, eight kilometers long, listed as a Monument Historique since 1931.
