With aeration, the champagne becomes increasingly generous, revealing aromas of musk, apricot and spices. On the palate, the aromas of the nose continue. The attack is lively and juicy. Morello cherry and dried flowers assert themselves. Custard notes follow in this generous mouthfeel. The finish offers powerful, vinous tension and extraordinary length.
