This Brut Nature Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs champagne from the Signature range of Maison Lombard is a blend of Chardonnay from the villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger which bring tension and minerality, Chouilly and Cramant which offer more roundness and amplitude while Avize gives finesse.

It was put in the cellar for 2 years to promote the development of aromatic delicacy. Without dosage, this champagne highlights the expression of chalky minerality, typical of a Blanc de Blancs champagne from the Côte des Blancs. The nose on citrus fruits and pear are lightly roasted. The attack on the palate is fresh and pure on citrus fruits, honey and hazelnuts. The expression is straight, generous and deep.
