Superb of freshness and minerality, the champagne Longitude Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut 1er Cru of the house LARMANDIER BERNIER is a 100% Chardonnay, dosed at 3gr/l. It has been aged for at least 2 years and is manually disgorged 6 months before being sold.
This champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant, which form a line close to the 4th meridian. Non-vintaged, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the perpetual reserve of the House.
Very fine, extremely pure and natural, a perfect example of "natural" champagne, but completely mastered in its elaboration. The mouth is creamy and the finish is chalky.
A marvel of elegance. Drink it now, or keep it for a few years.

Perfect for the aperitif, its freshness, its straightforwardness, its minerality will whet your appetite.

Maison Larmandier Bernier is a young family business founded in 1971. It has been cultivating about 15 hectares of biodynamic vines for more than 20 years.

The domain is located on the famous Côte des Blancs and all the champagnes come from terroirs classified essentially as Grands Crus with 85% of Chardonnay and 15% of Pinot Noir. A natural viticulture which offers us authentic cuvées, with low dosage, of a great intensity.
