Only Chardonnays from the Les Barillers lieux-dits, a single terroir and a single 2015 vintage for this Premier Cru Non Dosé. The 2015 vintage offers beautiful substance and the mineral purity characteristic of this terroir.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of white fruit combined with dried fruit and a hint of spice. Very well-balanced on the palate, with a fine, creamy texture. Notes of citrus mingle with those of white fruit.

A highly original champagne with salinity and complexity, carried by pleasant freshness and elegant minerality. The finish is iodized and peppery.
