This champagne Blanc de Blancs Mumm de Cramant is a rare and precious cuvée. As the pure expression of a terroir distilled through the expertise of the House, this wine is distinctive in a multitude of ways. Made with a single grape variety from a single vineyard, it also perpetuates the Champagne’s “demi-mousse” tradition. The low dosage (6g/l) is also attuned with the mineral purity of its character. This wine is perfect for apéritif, and around a seafood platter or a dish of sushi.
