The Cuvée Caudalies 2005 Le Mesnil from De Sousa iw vinified in oak barrels, and it is sourced from a fabulous terroir which is certificated with the Biological Growing award since 2007. This cuvée offers a superb combination between the 2005 vintage which is round, soft and elegant, and the "righteousness" of the terroir. This 100% Chardonnay and extra-brut champagne reveals its charm and delicacy in an original bottle.
As always with the Caudalies Cuvées, the champagne is unique, atypical and very rare.

De Sousa Champagne House is a family business for 3 generations. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.

The work of the vineyard has always been done in the respect of the nature and the environment, and quite naturally, the House has passed in Biodynamy in 1999, and has been certified Organic in 2010.
