Bollinger and James Bond celebrate the 40th anniversary of their collaboration with this limited edition of Cuvée Brut 2011, just released for the all new James Bond movie « No time to die ».

A unique opportunity to discover the atypical expression of Bollinger’s vintage 2011. For the very first time, Maison Bollinger created a Blanc de Noirs champagne, exclusively sourced from Pinot Noir’s Grands Crus of the village of Aÿ.

This Extra-Brut champagne (4 gr/l) is vinified in casks, and offers roasted aromas at first, then honey and yellow fruit. The palate is rich and develops a great length and finishes with mineral notes.

This great champagne is powerful, harmonious, complex and elegant, alike the famous secret agent James Bond.

The black bottle wears number 25, which corresponds to the next James Bond’s movie number. It is presented in a luxury wooden box whose transparent cover gives a glimpse of the name of each movie.
The limited edition of Bollinger’s James Bond 007 champagne represents the purest expression of Maison Bollinger’s know-how for this 2011 vintage. The terroir’s personality and the aromatic richness perfectly embodies the style of Maison Bollinger.

In order to fully appreciate it, it is recommended to enjoy this champagne between 8° and 10°, allowing thus a perfect blooming of the aromas.
