Cuvée Oenophile non dosé 1er cru 2010 from Maison PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is complex, and elaborated from a blend of the highest origins, following a long ageing period on lees. Indeed, this 100% chardonnay is sourced from 73.3% of Grands Crus (40,5% Cramant Grand Cru, 27% Chouilly Grand Cru, 5.8% Oger Grand Cru) and 26.7% of 1er Crus (Vertus and Cuis 1er Crus) thus very Grand Cru typified and very balanced among the various terroirs.
Oenophile 2010 is based on the same blend as Fleuron 2010, with no dosage (no sugar addition). This nature champagne characterized by its perfect maturity is aimed to lively champagne lovers, and Great Chardonnays amateurs.
The sublime 2010 vintage has been precisely chosen for its natural balance to support this non-dosage.

In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
